This Orlando vacation villa has a large light and comfortable family room with ceiling fan which overlooks the pool area. For your enjoyment we have provided Cable TV with a VIDEO / DVD player and a CD player.
There is ample seating for 10 guests and there is a sofa which converts into a queen sized sleeper bed.

The first master bedroom of this luxury vacation villa contains a KING SIZE BED and walk in wardrobe. This is complimented by a LARGE EN-SUITE BATHROOM with twin hand basins, a large oval bath and seperate large shower cubicle.
Should you fancy an early morning dip, access is provided direct to the lanai and pool area from this room.

The second Master Bedroom also has a KING SIZE BED and again for that early morning dip an EN-SUITE BATHROOM leading to the pool area. This also has cable TV and a large double size wardrobe.

Situated at the front of the villa is the 3rd MASTER BEDROOM which contains a QUEEN SIZE BED. This bedroom has its own BATHROOM along side with HAND BASIN, BATH and SHOWER . This also has built in wardrobes and cable TV.

This is one of our 2 twin bedrooms. The twin bedrooms both have cable TV and a Play Station2 with a selection of games is also provided in one of the twin bedrooms. They share a bathroom.

The Dining area is the perfect place for that more formal meal.

The fully equipted Games Room will keep the children amused while you relax around the pool and spa.

For those who prefer a BBQ meal beside the pool,there is ample seating for up to 12 people.
